I’m trying to capture a target on my desktop (Excel file shortcut) using Image Analysis Selector. But when I preview the result, it shows multiple Excel files selected. How to prevent this problem from happening??

Hi, Sam! Thank you for using Robotiive. We offer you some solutions for this problem.
Capture with the file name (to make it unique) and Increase the threshold.
By adjusting the threshold, you will get various results depending on its value. You could set a higher threshold so that targets require a higher score to match the template image. So that low-score target images will not be selected by Robotiive.
Note:
The threshold set too high (maximum):
It may cause errors in click actions because the target image may have a score of 0.99, but the threshold set is 1 (maximum). It will cause the target image cannot be found.
The threshold set too low:
It may recognize multiple similar images simultaneously. Resulting in an inability to find the target image.
Please check these tutorial videos to understand about threshold:
If there are multiple similar targets on the screen and the desired target position is unlikely to change, you can use the Region to ensure that Robotiive will only find the target inside the Region area. By doing so, the software can accurately find your desired target.
Use Objective Anchor (If the desired target will be around a static object)
Objective Anchor could be used when there are multiple similar targets on the screen, but there is an object whose relative position to the desired target is known and unlikely to be changed. Objective Anchor is used to facilitate accurate identification.
